Get ready for a thrilling adventure as our freshmen and sophomore classes gear up for a spooky trip on Saturday, October 21st, from noon until eight thirty p.m. We will be heading to Fright Fest at Great America. To kick things off we’ll meet up in Argo’s lunchroom by eleven thirty and set out at twelve, arriving at the park by one o clock.

The tickets are priced at fifty-five dollars each and the deadline to snag yours is, Tuesday, October 17th. You can collect permission forms from room 241 in Mrs. Walls’ room. But act fast because we have a limited number of tickets available.

Our day will be filled with seven hours of fun and frights, with periodic meetups to check in and share our scary stories. You’ll encounter creepy clowns and ghouls lurking around the theme park, so be prepared for some serious spooks.

Great America is home to an impressive array of 49 roller coasters from the breathtaking Demon, all the way down to the Tiny Teacup. The good news is that we’ll be arriving early, so you won’t have to endure the long lines for most of the rides.

The main goal of this trip is to put some spooky spirit into Argo High School students. Aiming to shift your fear from homework to the ghouls chasing you. As Vincent Price’s famous quote goes, “Darkness falls across the land, the midnight hour is at hand.” Don’t miss out on the frightful fun!
