Dear letter A

Dear letter A

Kiera Brankin, Staff Writer

You are what I need.

You are what I strive for
You are my key to freedom

Letter A, how you have helped me.

You make my mother proud.
You show that I have a future.
You show that my life is worth something.

Letter A, how I worked for you.

I worked instead of seeing family.
I worked instead of having fun.
I worked for you before anyone else.

Letter A, how I’m afraid to lose you

I’m afraid before every quiz.
I’m afraid when my grade drops.
I’m afraid because you are all I have.
